At first I was thinking Midtown but was told South Reno is better though rent is ridiculous, I don't like the fact that there are either new properties that are over $1K/month or old properties that could easily be $700/month but are either in crappy areas or are leased by a person who might not be reputable or look run down. There's no in between.

I would like to invest in gold and learn more about precious metals trading but don't have the funds for it at the moment. I'm thinking about saving up some money then going into learning about stocks, precious metals, and bitcoin. Once I get some good knowledge then it's off to bitcoin, stocks, then metals.

Yeah, that's why I've lost attraction to women. I'll still get turned on by porn and all but when I see a typical hot skank on the street, yeah I'll get a boner and maybe even want to talk to her but then realize, that boner is just a feeling and looking long term that any interaction with her is not worth it.
