13	Does this count? No. We don't wear them all the time because they're a formal dress, hence why people wear them to events. At a Scottish event eg a wedding, most men wear kilts, those who don't usually aren't Scottish. However, I do see why it's necessary in some form, these folks are just doing it wrong in my own opinion. Somebody who cares about equality of both sexes is an egalitarian and neither MRA nor feminism is an egalitarian movement, they are largely one sided focusing on their own respective sex and in some circumstances looking to tip the inequality in the favour of that side. Feminism won't fight for less rights to make themselves equal with men in places like court and war, and they will disregard an MRA for speaking out about this while claiming to be an egalitarian movement.
