21	When you started learning and applying methods you learned from here and other sources, did you notice friends or family acting confrontational towards you? Stop trying to explain it to them. If they keep asking for your thoughts on women after they have already shown their disapproval for your views, they are looking to feed that disapproval. Rather than verbally argue with them, show them. Show them how your new lifestyle has changed you and your outlook on life. The physical aspect of eating right and exercising will become self evident in short order, but as for how your outlook on women has changed, it requires specific examples.
