That's where I am right now - good career, house, fitness, etc. Thanks in part to RPC and TRP, I've got my life pretty well put together for my age. you clearly don't have enough confidence/game to go out and get a woman yourself if you're seriously considering paying for some sort of a matchmaking service Ouch. You're not wrong. OYS - that's definitely one of my biggest areas of growth. I am often AMOG at church or work (hence why I've been given leadership roles in both), but the alpha-male mindset disappears when around girls I'm attracted to (Christian or otherwise).

As a 23 year old guy, no one would take you seriously at a matchmaking service.
