That and realizing that you've transformed into the B guy in the story. It's a reminder of progress.

Don't get me wrong, I would have too. But it can also fuck you up psychologically when it comes to relationships, your perceptions of women, and approach to sex, among other things. Children's minds are weak, they don't rationalize on a level that an adult brain does.

I don't understand how others don't comprehend this.

Because it's extreme mate guarding. It's weak and pathetic. Is she really that much of a special snowflake you need to snoop everything to make sure she's not a lost cause? Spend any time around here and you'll quickly see mate guarding does NOT work. Abundance mentality over all. Find a new girl. Rinse and repeat.

Happiness is the best revenge. They expect you to be distraught since they're supposedly the center of your world. Showing that you have happiness independently of them and that they were just part of the ride will rip them to pieces. It shows they're replaceable and then they feel the need to fight for permanence in your life.

Add on a shaved head and people can't look you in the eye.

That second point is just spot on and why I started placing less value on being shredded and more on just being big since I'm natural. That instant reaction of "fuck he's huge" is a universal reaction. If you lift, you will look like you lift. You don't need to be shredded for that. The shape of your back, your delts, traps popping out all point to a silhouette of someone who can move weight.

Big is subjective. Most people in this sub think Fight Club Brad Pitt is big. When that is attainable naturally and frankly small. I see where you are coming from, and to get properly big from a body building standpoint, PED's are required.

Yeah zero myostatin mutations. That's ridiculous. It's just very well formulated PED cycles along with pharmaceutical grade PEDs. Combine that with optimal nutrition and training and you get those monsters. They're so famous because of genetic factors like their insertions and symmetry.

His explanations are fantastic too because he breaks them down on a scientific level. It makes so many cooking techniques make much more sense.

I have to say, I love your writing style, it makes for very direct and effective communication of your points.

Dated a girl like this once. It's indicative of poor impulse control. Also the note about the cooking thing is hilarious. I can relate, girl invited me over to cook me "midnight breakfast" and it was plain pancakes from a box and the real kicker, fucking microwave bacon that were burned and stuck to napkins. It was so ridiculous all I could do was laugh.

This is excellent. Very well written. I employ a lot of these already but having it in a systematic method is more organized and like a mental checklist.

This is not how we converse with our brothers in this sub. Find some more articulate language to use and support eachother.

Those sound like women that just wore their religious affilitiation like a badge and did not actually live through their faith. Having gone to a Catholic university, I would say MOST Christian women are like this. You can tell the difference between a woman that just says they are Christian versus one who was raised properly in a traditional household with strong Christian values and has the fear of God in them.

So well said brother. Took the words out of my mouth. It's the reason why I cannot enter an LTR with a woman who is not a Christian like myself.

I agree, it is something that is amazing to see every day. Man is sinful by nature due to the fall of man. It's quite literally a part of our being. For me, it makes the pill much easier to swallow. No being on this earth can be perfect or break from that mold. That girl you may think is "the one" included. Some may have better control over their sinful nature than others, but no one is devoid of that nature.

In my LTR's I did. I see it as being the leader and assuming control, both initiating the activity but also closing it i.e. paying the bill as the cue to initiate the next move.

Likewise. I've had girls offer to split the bill, which I appreciate but I laugh it off treating it like a cute gesture and handle the bill.

I can agree except for the "spastic" part. Enjoy your hobbies and be passionate about them but you do not want to come off as a social pariah. It does sound corny. And that can affect how you're perceived, especially by judgmental and cliquey high school girls. You do not want your way of being well known being because you are weird. Remember, talk slowly and keep your movements slow. Nothing should be "spastic" in your actions or words.

Your physique isn't from bad genetics. You're doing something wrong and your attitude towards yourself and dating is horrible which explains why your performance yields the same results with women. You need confidence and willpower. Weight lifting takes a LONG time to see results. 5 months won't do anything to change you drastically. I'm Indian. 5'10. Used to be a skinny, socially awkward, nerdy guy. I got off my ass, started lifting and training ju jitsu a few years ago and got jacked. It took …
