You need to fix your frame brother. If there's one thing you need as a short guy, it is rock solid frame. That you posted this, and the topics you have discussed, also belay where your thoughts lie and what you're focusing on. Men are made to overcome challenges, and height is just another hurdle to overcome. It is a big hurdle, but you are fixating on the hurdle and not the jump itself. Women will shit test you on your height openly and frequently, it is the lowest hanging fruit. Understand tha…

You're not living authentically - being true to yourself, respecting your own boundaries - if you don't have enemies. Not everyone will like you, and that's fine. Having respect for yourself and the strength to enforce boundaries means you will naturally filter out people who aren't compatible. Men who are "friends with everyone" are actually just doormats; they have no 'enemies' because they never stood up for anything. They often don't have many real friends, either. Such malleability extends …

I've said this before - height matters superficially, but if you have a rock solid frame (and you NEED a rock solid frame if you're under 5'10") then you'll do just fine. There's definitely girls that won't give you a second glance because you're short. That's fine, don't give them a second glance either, they aren't your girls. Most will just shit test you about your height though because it's the lowest hanging fruit, and if you have frame and game, this isn't an issue. Oddly enough I find mos…

Describing men as either blue pilled or red pilled really comes down to whether or not they are aware of and accept women's dual mating strategy. For a man to discover this knowledge produces a complete paradigm shift and likely flips his worldview. Blue pill conditioning is primarily aimed towards men. It doesn't really work the same for women, as mentioned by Verm above, they follow their strategy naturally through instinct, emotion and socially influenced behaviour. Everything they do is back…

I can understand why you're skeptical of anecdotals, I'm much the same. I just thought I'd simply share my experience as a shorter bloke. You might find other shorter dudes have similar experiences to me...or not. It is something that people (especially women) notice, and is most definitely a handicap when it comes to dating and women. That's my experience, and I lived and seethed it for years. You've never felt that sinking feeling in your gut when you walk past a group of girls at your local c…

It's easy to say that height doesn't matter when you're 5'10" + (read: above average height in most western nations), because you're not experiencing the bias, but it is very, very real; not just from women, from men too. I do agree with your assertion that most short guys use it as an excuse to avoid developing game. I did for a time and was bitter about my height, and women's prejudices against it, but then I realised that nothing would change thinking like that. As Uncle Vas said, it is simpl…

Good write up, covers a lot of nuance with specific scenarios. On sex and being better at sex, read The Sex God Method by Daniel Rose. You can get it as a pdf on the web and chuck it on a kindle for easy reading. That one book changed my sex life profoundly, it's gold, if a little vulgar.

I agree with you, but That line was played out in the 70's. Girls will roll their eyes at that. Who cares? We're not in the 70's. You can say dumb goofy shit like that as long as you do it with a cheeky grin. If you're not taking yourself so seriously, she'll laugh, and it'll also subtly set the frame. If she doesn't laugh, simply make an off handed comment about it and move the conversation along. As the common mantra goes, it doesn't matter what you say, it's how you say it

It's like you said, she's simply too stupid to realise that her views are shared by other women but hidden under the mask of feminism. Don't put too much thought into it. We live in an openly misandrist society thanks to feminism, as a red pill aware man this shouldn't be a surprise to you. It is obvious to most anyone who takes time to observe every day language and syntax, loads of non red pill aware men are coming to realise this as well and it pushes them here when they go asking.

I think you might be right. For every simp out there, there's an equal number of men shaming that behaviour, especially since the word has become mainstream. More and more men are becoming red pill aware as feminism peaks in its degeneracy lol

The majority of people have seriously poor impulse control. Combine that with a consumerist culture that promotes depravity, laziness, complacency and instant dopamine hits, and there you have your competition. Be better than the 80%, it takes some effort but it is certainly achievable.

Nah, we're not misogynists. TRP philosophy just treats women like women, we understand them for what they are. The thing is, reality is contrary to the feminist narrative, which seems to be under the impression that women are just men with vaginas, so when we point out this isn't the case, its perceived as sexist.

As much as I agree with this, I think realistically it'll be hard to abstain from indulging in drugs and alcohol, especially going into environments (tertiary education) where this sort of behaviour is the norm. The key is moderation, but the issue is that addiction and abuse is an easy behaviour trap to fall into given the nature of drugs and alcohol. I think it's fine to indulge occasionally, but OP, be very aware of how easy it is to fall into a cycle of addiction. People often think they are…

This is your breaking point, mate. You quite clearly haven't read the sidebar. That's fine. Now's the time to do it; her behaviour will start making sense as you get deeper into it. Understand that your experience isn't unique, similar situations are what drive many users to this forum. This comment only serves as a re-formatting of the original post, because the way you've formatted this is aids. It's still a bit of a long read, but should be easier to navigate at least. The boxed parts are in quote text, your actual post in normal. Now, to actually read the post. It nearly cannot be described the decadent heights our society has climbed within the last 100 years, and most people don't have the historical awareness to even notice it, let alone question it. Since nobody here seems to consider that you live outside the US, where it is generally harder to own guns; learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, it'll deal with grappling and the ground fight. Krav Maga can help to deal with defending against, and disarming, melee weapon threats (knives, batons, etc). 5'7" guy here, this is true. At least at this height you're taller than most women you'll meet. If you're ripped and have a strong frame, women won't care, especially when you can pick them up and throw them around with minimal effort

If you have the motivation then you should have already done the research. You have the internet at your fingertips. Look up StrongLifts 5x5 or Starting strength. It has a step by step process on how to get started, proper form and technique. There's a few other beginner programs but these are the most popular, because they work. All share the same underlying principle, progressive overload - start light and add slightly more weight each time you work out. Make sure you eat right as well. To bui…

Dude, don't clean your ears with q-tips, all you're doing is pushing the wax further down the canal, and that causes pronlems. Get an ear cleaning kit from the pharmacy and let the wax drain, or go to a physician and have them melt it with hot (not boiling) water or suck it out. Also, a somewhat faster alternative to plucking your eyebrows; use hot wax and apply carefully.

We only get to experience this miracle known as life once and then it is done I've got the start of my journal with this quote: We have two lives, and the second one begins when we realise we only have one. -Confucius I found TRP at 24. I think this quote captures its tenets perfectly

On a somewhat related note...never get into a fight over a girl, it's never worth it. You'll run into scenarios like this quite often when you start gaming girls at night clubs; just walk away and find someone else. Even if you win the fight, it's still not a good look and you'll likely get a venue ban. I've had guys get up in my face for talking to their girlfriends in the smoking area, or while lining up for a venue. You know, situations where you're typically less than a step away from anothe…

Maybe not death, but she should be incarcerated for a time equal to his. The judge too. Imagine using dreams as evidence... As a whole, women should face legal repercussions (incarceration or otherwise) for false accusations. This is getting way out of hand. As far as I'm aware, nothing happens to a woman who makes a false accusation, but even if the man 'wins' the case, his reputation is now tarnished as a potential predator

Good video, but this information is nothing new for anyone who has read the sidebar, its red pill 101. Every woman is a slut for the right guy, welcome to hypergamy. The world has spun for thousands of years with women's destructive nature under control, modern (western) society has undone all of that. Enjoy the decline by lifting, learning game, and gaining wealth / status. Live for yourself.

Short bloke here Height DOES matter, but only insofar as garnering initial attention. If you've done any amount of reading here, you should understand the concept of frame. As a short guy, you necessarily need to try harder in almost all aspects of life. That's just the straw we were given. And to do well in this, you need to have rock solid frame. Men and women will both give you a hard time over it, but especially women. You WILL get shit tested about your height, and if they catch the slighte…

The comments are savage, lol. Some of the men making them are obviously red-pilled. Seeing comments like these, on websites like these, gives me hope that maybe, men really are waking up. Let’s say a guy does date you, and things start to get serious in his mind. And then, let’s say, you become pregnant (maybe it’s his, maybe it’s not). Wouldn’t he be at risk of being on the hook to raise a child that is not his own? Because, as you pointed out, it takes about 15 minutes to line up a weeks worth…

Don't ever let the woman control the birth, always use a condom or get a vasectomy, end of story. Rubbers existed well before WWII, but there was an explosion of single motherhood and necessary abortions after the advent of the pill. That's not a coincidence. Also, flush it down the toilet. Read the Rational Male.

The idea that women have ever been described as a poor, victimised "minority" is patently absurd. They are half of the population and have always been well looked after, and in the modern age, life in the west is by far easier for a woman (though most lack the self-awareness or introspection to realise this). If anything this really just shows women's proclivity to complain; this is why there's such a popular proverb around the manosphere saying that feminism is just a shit test on a global scal…

Just to add to this, make sure you're escalating in a situation in which she has plausible deniability, otherwise you're way more likely to meet resistance / ASD. The alternative (long orbit game) would be a huge waste of time and energy. OP should just game other girls if he doesn't succeed in escalating. Women on gender-imbalanced campuses are paying a social price for success and, to a degree, are being victimized by men precisely because they have outperformed them, Professor Campbell said. And there it is. Of course, women are being victimised by the men on campus, it certainly isn't because they ruled out half of the available men by their own volition, thus creating the situation as OP said. Women will do anything to avoid accountability, they are always victims. As for a man's cheating, "t…

Yeah man, social media is a cancer. I miss the days when phones were only used as a communication tool (text or call to meet up). I didn't experience it much, but life was better before social media started dominating, it was by far more genuine. I sometimes feel like Abe Simpson when I'm interacting with people who aren't even that much younger than me, especially women. I just can't fathom how their lives revolve so much around this dumb screen, but I guess dopamine is a hell of a drug.

I'm pretty fortunate in that my closest high school friends are all pretty like (and open) minded. All of us are constantly striving to improve ourselves and our situation. I've discussed red pill concepts with them, and while they disagree, they also appreciate some of the information. Perhaps they aren't as religious as I am when it comes to diet, exercise, etc. but they do support me in a sort of brotherly fashion, I've never felt like they're trying to pull me down. Conversely, another high …

People in their early 20's most definitely grew up with social media. I'm 26. The first iPhone came out when I was 14 in year 9, but nobody had one. Most people had the classic Nokia brick phones or cheap Samsung flip phones that barely had internet capability. Rich kids had Sony Ericsons or similar. "Smart" phones didn't even begin circulating until around year 11 and year 12, they were mostly just a fun niche; shortly after I graduated they became standard. Facebook started becoming popular ar…

Sexual strategy is amoral, and this goes for both men and women. How will you know what to screen for in a quality, LTR-worthy woman, if you haven't been with enough girls to actually know what those qualities are? That's more or less the purpose of spinning plates. Along the way you'll develop abundance mentality, which will lead to a stronger frame, outcome independence and a variety of other qualities which WILL be useful in maintaining an LTR. If you aren't a high value man, your LTR's won't…

Depends on your personality. Frame isn't about conveying certain personality types, it's about maintaining your stance, mindset and worldviews in the face of people and situations which would challenge it. You can remain stoic without having to scowl at everyone constantly. But if you're not easily amused and naturally have a resting dick face, that's fine too. Don't take it so seriously, it really doesn't matter. Be sociable, tease and neg girls you're into, hold frame, and escalate. No one's g…
