I don't really know what to say to this anymore. Like, yes, in the past this was historically relevant. Now, enough people have normalized it that it is difficult to make this claim with any "absolute" truth to it. I dislike casual sex, and therefore, I don't participate in it. I don't want to shit on people for destroying the foundations of what my parents led me to believe. I was raised in a religiously toxic environment that created an incredibly unhealthy paradigm of sex that fucked up my en…

The best part about this is that I know for certain that you saw my comment. That's all that matters to me now. Enjoy hell.

Full disclosure, I didn't want to read this entire post. Not your fault or problem; entirely my lack of attention. I noticed in the first paragraph that you referred to men saying that women should stay in their respective leagues - which is a weird concept that I had literally only ever heard the other way around and without women involved entirely for my entire life. I'm familiar with the concept of men telling other men to stay in their leagues as a bullying tactic. This is a very prominent f…

Dude, you have no idea what you're talking about. Seriously, you are regurgitating red-pilled garbage. The only people who care about porn content are content creators, content consumers, and the religious right. That's literally it. Would I ever date a content creator or a model or any other type of sex worker? Hell no. But I'm not trying to strip them of their right to reveal their bodies in a safe environment. That's just stupid. When women "care" about porn, it's usually because they have ha…

Tbf, I have actually imagined the menstrual cup vs. tampon thing before you mentioned it here. Don't ask why, I just think of weird shit when I don't have anything else going on in my head. But otherwise, I agree with your point - to a general extent, at least.

Yoooo, this sounds like a great idea. I've looked for in-person events on Meetup before, but I honestly can't tell if they're actually worthwhile or not. Have you had any successes at all? I'm just trying to figure this out a bit as a newby to organized dating events. I never really "blended" with mixer events in college, so I'm kind of curious if this is something that has actual potential or not.

Actually, I think this is a perfect analogy, and I'm a dude.

Agreed. There is such a thing as raping a spouse as well. So long as both parties have previously agreed to performing these sleeping activities, they're fine. But if one person isn't down, you definitely don't have any right or entitlement to sex just because you have a partner. THAT is a dysfunctional relationship. On other parts of this, I agree a little bit with the other guy, but you have a valid point right here (even though it has little to do with the point that I mentioned - perhaps it …

Ma'am, with all due respect, everyone is easily "replaceable." But you can't just go around telling people that as if we aren't already aware. It's kind of a dick thing to do - just killing people's confidence because you can't tell the difference between confidence and ego.

If you don't want to have sex with someone and for some reason you do, that's called "rape" and is punishable by LAW. Stop comparing sexual assault to loneliness. They're not even CLOSE to the same level of extreme. When we are lonely, that's IT. It sucks, and we hate it, and we will agonize over it for as long as we can until somehow, we break that cycle. But ffs, what fucking idiot would EVER think that SA is even COMPARABLE to loneliness in the FIRST place?! Who tf made THAT comparison? Jfc

My point was to say that men are the primary driving force behind our own suffering as a group. Men lash out at women, men lash out at men, they lash out at anyone who hits a nerve regardless of the fact that it is OUR responsibility as human beings to avoid placing our sensitivities in direct paths of disaster. We are our own enemies, dude. If anything, we are SO used to being victimized that it makes most of us insanely paranoid to a point where we are more likely to become aggressors ourselve…

Yes, but the people who COMMIT these crimes are also statistically more likely to BE men.

Oof, group A that you referenced at the end; that was uncalled for 😂 I know it is common. It makes me fucking sick. But I'm also just not good enough for people, apparently. Guess it's just time to go ahead and kms 💀 If I'm not biologically capable of producing the happy hormones, and nothing that I want will EVER want ME (or respect me - that's high up there as well), then I might as well cut to the chase. Why waste my time suffering in an endless cycle of struggle if I can't spend that time wi…
