1	Are anime eyes = dialated pupils? Yeah, Julien apart from other RSD instuctors mention pupil dilation ("anime eyes"). Pupil dilation as an IOI has a scientific basis. 1	Are anime eyes = dialated pupils? Yes, "anime eyes" pertain to dilated pupils. This can be an IOI but be aware that the level of lighting in an area can also affect pupil dilation. I would be more cautious interpreting this as an IOI, for example, if you are in a darker area where the pupils would dilate to take in as much light as possible to improve vision.	/r/seduction	05/04/16 05:32 PM
