Even though I believe more in concept of discipline then motivation, motivation is also important. The best thing I ever did for motivation was a dopamine fast. Can't exactly explain how it works but it does.

I disagree. By saying: Yeah buddy, my girlfriends are crazy about my big dick all the time, need to send them hoes. He was agreeing and amplifying which is an attempt to ridicule the other person's frame. Your reply is also effective, but which would be more effective I think is a personal choice.

I think as much as body affects the mind, the mind also affects the body. It could also be that guys who are brought up in BP thinking environment, have started to have lower testosterone due to their empathetic actions or thinking. Rather than low testosterone leading to BP thinking.
