All he's saying is all crime should be innocent until proven guilty. Rape shouldn't be treated any differently, and yet it's treated the exact opposite, at least where the public is concerned.

So we can't make jokes about him being on the spectrum or even mention it, but false rape accusations are still on the table?

Y'know, I think we should teach consistent thinking to people along with other ways. If someone hits someone else for no reason, it should be thought of as wrong no matter what.

Why not just go in the women's room if there's no men? Just say you identify as a woman when you're taking a dump.

I like how in her argument for how the law system isn't treating men and women differently she cites an instance where men and women are treated differently for the same crime.

I've noticed here as long as you don't actively seek to humiliate an undeserving person or persons, you can generally say whatever you want here. I'll be honest, the "activism" mentioned in the article confuses me a little, but I can't think of a scenario where that question alone could get someone kicked out.

I don't see anything wrong as long as we can joke about anything, saying someone can't joke about something takes the point away of freedom of speech.

Thanks, I'm glad someone sees the injustice in that.

Take it from somebody who was in that situation before: If you don't ask her, you'll regret it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
