this is a valuable post. one of the habits I've been focusing on recently is being active in conversations as opposed to reactive, which is basically the same as decisive vs receptive. you cannot have a frame if you're constantly on the other end of the conversation, and while old habits die hard (I still catch myself slipping up), it's a simple fix that has made a noticeable difference since I started.

I understand the definitions of introversion and extraversion.
