This is possible. I guess when even TRP is telling you to chill out you might be a bit paranoid. It did end up being really good sex for both of us, and then she thanked me for coming over the next morning.

This is exactly what I'm thinking, which made me use the word "tricked". I see now that it wasn't intentional trickery, just AWALT. Regardless, I'm thinking that this is best NOT resolved with a direct conversation again. So even though I'm not super interested in seeing anyone else at the moment, I'm thinking I should just go ahead and set up a date with someone else this weekend.

Perhaps, but it seems like she was giving literally every indication that she wanted to go the LTR route. Going so far as saying how sad she would be if I wanted to see other people. I guess it came off as an indirect way of asking me to push it in this direction. It came off as a comfort-type test at the very least, but maybe it wasn't at all?

I've checked it out before and been utilizing some of it. But I think I may have been slacking on it slightly. I need to up the variation a lot I think. I've always been dominant with her sexually, but its kinda been the same type of sex most of the time.

I had a pretty shitty upbringing. My mother left my BP father when I was 2 to shack up with a guitar player from some shitty local metal band. They get eventually start getting coked up all the time and she gets pregnant with my little sister. Stepfather starts to hit me. Mother doesn't give a shit. I get to see my actual father a couple times a year. Eventually it's clear that I'm the least important person in the house after my stepfather puts my sister on a pedestal. Even goes so far as to gr…

I've always wondered how it would go in a real fight. I've trained in martial arts for 10 years and dabbled a bit in BJJ along the way. I agree its essential for anyone training in martial arts.

Good for a 1 on 1 situation for sure, but I'd be very weary of going to the ground voluntarily if there are any other people around. Also, unless you choke them out, you're still going to have to actually hurt them if they are determined to fight you. I mean, you're not gonna let them tap out in a real fight.

I've heard theories that strengthening your neck muscles and traps can help prevent a whiplash knockout. But otherwise, yes, you can't really train your face.

I think the best advice would be not to punch anyone at all unless you don't have a choice. I'm not just going around punching people I get mad at. Just out of curiosity though, is it difficult at all to prove that a punch was thrown in a self-defense situation?

About getting hit, both physically and otherwise. Once you get hit enough, you realize it doesn't really hurt that bad. After years of martial arts training, its kind of amazing how much people in general are afraid of getting punched. It doesn't really hurt that much. (Disclaimer: obviously getting ko'd or a broken jaw is not good for your health)

So just as a curiosity, would you break it off immediately or tell her that if she goes you will break it off? Could this be viewed as a shit test?

Ever consider you might have done something to piss them all off? It sounds like you're way too fucking insecure and worried about what everyone thinks about you. Thus you are probably coming off as a really fake person and not genuine. Whether you want to admit it or not, you are engaging in approval-seeking behavior. "People have said", "I've been described as", "they brag to everyone". Why the fuck do you care?

But it's HAAARRRDDD to actually cook for yourself! I just want to throw something in the microwave the second I get hungry and then shovel it in my mouth. Isn't that how you're supposed to eat?

Is it your contention that math is not abstract? Math is complete abstraction.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
