If I'm on a 2400 calorie diet, I can get to 65g of protein easily. But, what happens if I go over on protein, and still hit my calorie number? Do I care? I can understand that many of my post-RP frustrations stem from the fact that I'm angry at myself: for letting my relationship get to the state it's in. For not being the desirable partner I need to be. I have a plan, I know what I need to do, and I'm executing and making progress on the plan. Here's the challenge I have with anger and TRP: its having to be angry at ME. Pre-RP, I would be angry at my wife for our lack of sex or relationship problems.
