A good post, OP. I agree with this message. It was once I truly took a step back and realized that my fear of losing what I had was keeping me from attaining greater things, that I was able to break free and get what I really wanted most.

"The only way to have power at this point is to own it. Yeah, I did porn, and Oh, nice. +1 respect thanks to this society that's all I can say I've done." Then that happened. -10 respect

I seems like Japan, Korea, and Singapore have operate similar to the western style sexual strategy dynamics. The major difference I've found is the market ratio. The will try harder if you are high value since there are more hot girls to go around. Most of Asia seems to work that way.

If you are interacting with other humans then there are chances for the laws to come into play. Not every law in every situation, mind you, but some laws for sure. Note, you also may have no reason to gain power at that time. If I sit down somewhere to read or write, I'm usually not interested in say "Court attention at all cost." Because it would be pointless at this time and only get in the way of work. The earlier laws are the ones that can get used the most. I'm writing a post now about Law …

Oh, yeah. You got it. I say it's always better to be a few steps ahead of everyone else. Prepping for the next day combined with waking up early will make you a force that others don't understand. "How is he always so on top of everything?" You'll be so far ahead of the pack that most can't even catch up if their lives depended on it. Play it off as if it were nothing. Don't spoil the mystery. Let them just believe you are beyond human.

A good quote. One I agree with wholeheartedly.

Law 28 “Enter action with boldness.” If you are unsure of a course of action, do not attempt it. Your doubts and hesitations will infect your execution. Timidity is dangerous: Better to enter with boldness. Any mistakes you commit through audacity are easily corrected with more audacity. Everyone admires the bold, no one honors the timid.

You have a good example here. Convincing yourself to do something is similar to convincing others. You'll have a much easier time convincing someone to help you by cleaning your counter, and later some plates, and later the sink, and so on... than trying to convince them to clean your whole kitchen.

Indeed. The list isn't god. Merely the guidelines of god.

Thank you. I plan to. I'm using this as a way to practice effective writing. I welcome any constructive criticism.

You are right that it is taxing on the mind. That's why I suggest that you take on new behaviors slowly. Let a few new behaviors become habit before taking on more. You're also right on point about sleep. Get to bed early so you are ready to kick ass tomorrow.

Hell yeah, dude! You're probably saving some serious cash too. That's a big accomplishment. One that will likely set a tone for becoming badass in all areas of your life. That's why I cut back on drinking too. I limit myself to only two nights per month that I can drink with others. I also have a limit of 4 beers on each occasion. Saves time and money.

Don't let them pull you down. I got those comments too. One of the biggest issues I had was BP friends that wanted to encourage BP behavior from me and saying stuff like "Come on, man. Don't be lame." I began minimizing time spent with them. Thankfully I had a couple friends that also decided to jump on the self improvement train. I began spending more time with them and finding other driven people to associate with. You're on the right track. If anyone offers you advice, consider this "Do I wan…

Solid video. Best TED talk I've seen in recent time. Thank you. This is why I recommend tricking yourself when you are a beginner. Itemize everything step by step, and be very specific. "Write TRP post about discipline." would be a bit too vague for a beginner. "Write background example of plan usage" "Write Beginner tips for discipline" "Combine drafts" would be better items for beginner level. The "Insta-Grat Monkey" goes bananas when you accomplish 4 things within the first ten minutes of bei…

I see where you are coming from. The only issue was that I had an aimless passion. I liked analyzing stuff and forming strategies. All I did with that interest was play strategy games. I still use that passion today but I had to climb out of my socially devoid hole that I was living in. When one area of your life is hemorrhaging, best to tend to that first.

Funny you mention that. I often add items to my lists right after sex. As soon as I cool down I get flooded with ideas.

You are correct. I meant to mention going to bed early but forgot. I always strive to get 7 hours at least. You need rest, especially if you are working out. However I do stand by the belief that you should be awake for a few hours before work or class. Getting to bed early if necessary. Thanks for catching that.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
