| 2 | If stories are exaggerated, what emotional purpose does that serve for a movement like The Red Pill? That's really helpful, actually. They are definitely not emotional stories as much as they are 'tales' - which provides distance. I could understand that. Thank you! | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/12/13 01:45 AM |
| 2 | If stories are exaggerated, what emotional purpose does that serve for a movement like The Red Pill?I think there is enough exaggerating happening that it's worthy of commenting on, because it's part of a subculture that interests me. (not offends me) I think quite a few of the ones that are exaggerated are called out for being fairly silly - if I recall correctly, people doubted the blowie in the park, the Gomez, the long convo, too, and recently a guy was talking about living with Tumblite feminists or something, and the comments were explicit about this probably being silly, but let's liste… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/12/13 01:43 AM |

What can I change or remove to fix it? I really do want to understand the trend, and think it's maybe just something about the culture I don't totally get and I would like to! | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/12/13 12:01 AM |

In this case, I would say "The girl doesn't want to kiss you." If this doesn't co-ordinate with your desires, find someone else who does. If it makes you feel bad about yourself, improve yourself and find someone who makes you feel better. I think that's the common sense part of RP. Trying to get someone to like you or be p… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/12/13 11:53 PM |
