You wanna be ripped, go get ripped. Who cares about the ripped women. They're not even remotely a majority. They're the same types of women that would have been shield maidens back in the day. Stop pretending there's not varieties of both men and women and stop trying to argue things that don't matter. This is a detox sub, not a Red Pill circlejerk sub. Are you here to detox or sealion people into dumb arguments that have been done ad nauseam?

I found the best way to release myself of these brain tricks being used against me to sell me some version of propaganda was to actually learn about the tricks and how to defend myself and thinking regarding them. One of the interesting ones that I learned that I think you're also dealing with is the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon. I doubt we'll ever be perfect at it, but it's at least fun to learn and try. "In short, Baader-Meinhof phenomenon is a frequency bias. You notice something new, at least i…

Thanks! I study brains for fun after finding out about my own brain disorder and how it caused me to get caught up in groups like this. I figured I would help others make the connections as well. 😊

There are also mental illnesses at play here and so many people are forgetting that. Many of them being in the autism spectrum and having known issues with their default mode network (DMN) in their brains. The default mode network is thought to be involved in several different functions: potentially the neurological basis for the self, thinking about others, and remembering the past and thinking about the future. All 3 things listed are clear issues within those groups. When you have certain neu…

This has been done before. This tight group has been done, the brainwashing has been done, the 'defenders of truth', the whistleblowers always have the same story too. This isn't a special group. Nothing is new. Look at the history before you. Try a book out called "Don't Call It A Cult" by Sarah Berman. I bet you'll see how familiar it really is to a lot of us.

Same. I've seen some of the best rockers of all time. Ain't no way I'm gonna miss that opportunity to submit to an insecure man. Sorry, but I would pick Ozzy over that drama any day of the year. 🤘

The Red Pill created control freaks where they should have just been taught healthy mental health, boundaries, self-care, and how to walk away. Most of these men where abused by the very people they trusted to help them. This is a great example of the men that come out of TRP more damaged than they went in. It's a tragedy.

Her not going to concerts to have a good time when she's otherwise a good woman to you... that's the hill you want to die on?

I don't think you're a loser simply because you have a hard time decoding whether a girl is interested in you from afar. If she continued to look back and 'looked' generally happy and not malicious (like say then laughing and telling a friend and pointing), then I would say, yeah, sounds like she was scoping out the goods. 😉

To add to this amazing comment. I would also let them know, if they had ANY questions, to let me know and I would help them find healthy resources without shame. It's a shame that many people can't open up simply because they're mocked and worse when parents do this to their kids knowing they don't have the same experiences.

Just reading things that don't fuel anxieties and insecurities is good to step away from in general. Glad you're finding your happy place!

There's something to be said for picking women that lack proper boundaries and enforcement of said boundaries.

Grifters gonna grift. Often these things are used before fraudently filing bankruptcy, to sell you a new "secret" program (which often isn't new or revolutionary), get you in on the "ground level" of some new pyramid scheme, etc. Same scams, different day. Save your $2k and watch all the exposures from the comfort of your own home. There are thousands of people working on exposing them. Mostly just the ones that teach you how to abuse people covertly, but other ones as well if they're being shad…
