The province of Ontario, in the recent past. 2.4 BN and counting for the Pan Am games - or, what basically amounts to the 2-bit Olympics. 1 BN to a light rail in Hamilton - a city with about 50 other, more pressing problems. Sweet.

Think of it as the "read" being her reply - you know it went well, and you know she dropped a text on you without a problem before. Lay low for a few days, come at her with "I'm going to do (x activity) later on, you down?" and then see if she either is willing to come or suggests another day/time to hang out. Don't read into texting too much, it's bad for you pal.

The best part of this question is that, when "done" correctly, a woman would have no inclination at all as to whether her LTR was a RP man. All she would know is that she has the tingles, and she's never been happier.

It's insulting for these people to put themselves on the same level of "health" as someone who (almost literally) dedicates every waking hour to fighting off …

Greta reply in the comments, re: Reddit doesn't make people assholes Not always true. Men run across "pickup" material and completely change who they are all the time. Power can completely change people. Power, indeed.

I'd like to add something to the equipment list, though maybe not at the rookie level: the BOSU ball. Having first used it during recovery from my ACL surgery a few years back, and continuing to do so on leg days, I can tell you that the benefits are huge. You'll notice gains in your spatial awareness, your balance, and underused and underdeveloped muscles/tendons that contribute to gains not only in the weight room, but also in speed, agility, vertical leap, and other measurables that transfer …

Yeah, it's this. My gym has squat racks and bench racks, but there isn't a place where Olympic bars are available specifically for dead lifting.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
