I know the law, there's plenty of legal arguments available. What I am interested in is how to "sugarcoat" inherently RP topics regarding rape to a very bp society. Juries are unpredictable.

Great post, OP. I couldn't agree more. It irks me to no end when people say that they're going to the gym to score chicks. Being a man doesn't require that you be immune from advice. It's logic like that which results in people thinking they can be their own attorney. My university had one that included such claims as "traditional gender role are a cause of domestic violence, true or false?" To our politically correct overlords, men being masculine is to be seen as a threat. Honestly, when I received the notice that in order to stay registered I needed to complete it, I knew that it would say something along those lines.
