It can be done, but you are going to have to keep your recovery in mind. I used to coach Brazilian jujitsu and I would train 15 times a week while lifting and biking 5 miles to and from work every day. Ease into it, pick two to prioritize, and let the other one suffer if you need to cut back a bit.

Not significantly, no. I thought this may have been a problem so I tried cutting back and getting a fleshlight to alleviate some potential "death grip syndrome". It also helped reduce frequency because washing the thing is so much damn work. Still no dice.

You are right. Im looking at the finish line and setting whatever successful people have as the end goal. Family and a career is more important to me than women. But thats like trying to bake a cake with nothing to go on but a picture of the finished product. Any advice you could give as to how one can go about finding his mission? I know thats a bit of an archetypal struggle but it doesnt hurt to ask haha!

At the moment, to be a strong father with lots of kids, a beautiful wife, a good career, and the means to provide a good life for those around me. That is the end goal. Vague, but I know that I wont be fulfilled with anything less.
