Ive done a paleo diet for a while and i feel so much better when i go straight no carbs. skin is better, dropped weight quickly, mood is better. when i go eat carbs after that its noticeable. my body hates it, tears my stomach up. but fuck it sometimes you gotta live and fried chicken is delicious.
