While I wouldn't personally recommend therapists, as they tend to be infected with BP mindset (your mileage may vary, older therapists tend to be better), I do recommend writing. Personal journaling has been a thing I've been doing for 8 years now and I find it very useful. Just don't be surprised if the male attention she gets makes her next you. The problem with inexperienced women is that you never know how they're going to react. On one hand - of course, nobody owes me and I don't owe anyone, so being nexted is not out of the equation and there will always be options. On the other hand, by RP theory, the women who are less experienced and non-sluts are supposed to be better LTR material, because they've not lost their ability to pair-bond.

It's not a matter of her not taking care of herself (she always has her hair done-up nicely, for example, which shows she puts in effort). I think it's rather a lack of leading female role-models and lack of style understanding. Hence why you don't "change her". There's never any straighttalk involved. You lead her into it. You encourage the things you like and she naturally gravitates towards them.
