Some things I’ve done to make my room completely dark Remove any electronic light, phone facing down, tape over small LED lights, etc Black our curtains, use some type of towel over top of curtains to block more light, also at bottom of bedroom door to block even more light coming from outside -There is black out film you can put on your glass to make it even more blackout -Going further, securing a moving blanket over your door will get rid of any light getting in threw the cracks I’ve found bl…

1450 is quite low amount of calories, where did you come to this number from? Best advice I’d say is to begin to track all of the food you consume everyday to start getting a good idea of how much everything is. Place a focus on consuming foods high in protein and fiber dense foods as they are the most filling and will help to avoid over eating. Also consider trying intermittent fasting (going 16hrs without eating) there is no magic behind this, it simply just narrows the window for you to eat f…

Determines what your goals are, if they are to develop a well rounded physique then yes. Skipping leg training is bad, doing a few sets of deadlift probably isn’t enough to grow your legs. Maybe consider adding a leg day of some kind push, pull, legs/arms or something of that nature

Praise someone else who knows something about lifting, there are several very good sources of information that can be found by people like Greg Nuckols -Eric Helms, Jeff Nippard, Omar Isuf are just some names that can be found on YouTube

The broscience is strong in this thread. Building muscle and strength is a multifaceted thing and there is a continuum of rep ranges and intensity percentages that build muscle/strength/endurance etc Following the advice of old school legends consistently will probably produce some kind of results, but a lot more is known about building muscle and strength now then 40 years ago Best advice - read/watch information from people like Eric Helms, Jeff Nippad the natural bodybuilding subreddit and fi…

Really depends on what you mean by worth it. If your looking for a certain high status title or salary, I''m sure there are easier ways to get there then spend over a decade of your life in school. If you are passionate about science and medicine, then why would it not be worth it to become a doctor? I'm no doctor, but I think a lot of people choose medicine for the first reasons and not the later and end up regretting their decision. You should shadow a few doctors in different specialties if y…

I think there are plenty of people who have good physiques that give pretty terrible advice. It’d be better to just refer them to the other subreddits or have certain people get flairs such as how some people get vanguards endorses contributor etc

I went from being 6’1” at 150 lbs to gaining over 70 lbs while lifting. The best possible thing you can do is learn to track what you eat every day and ensure that your in a calorie surplus(eating more calories then you burn in a day) there are online calculators that will give you estimates you can look up. Also I’d say to aim at gaining about a pound a week with eating a decent amount of protein(.6-1g/lb of body weight) One extra tip I would always do is make a weight gainer shake every mornin…

There are numerous threads about anxiety and improving self esteem on this subreddit that explain this better then I ever could. Search for those and read the side bar until you internalize the concepts of it.

Your overthinking this massively. “I’m afraid to take risks” well... start taking risks. Join a gym today and don’t worry about any specific parts of lifting or what to do and risk looking stupid. Now obviously start reading into beginner lifting strategies and what not, but the point is you took a risk.

This is about what I figured, I normally am not too overly nice, but I honestly kind of lost my frame and didn’t expect to like her as much as I did. Thanks for the advice

I understand normal trp advice regarding women who you fail with is to just move on and pursue other women(which I do). I recently met a girl through mutual friends, talked to her, went out, hanged out and got to cuddling/making out. After a few days I got a let’s just be friends text and I was wondering how I should interact with her since I will still be seeing her on a semi regular basis? Probably a good thing this happened since I felt a possible case of oneitis coming on.

Getting rid of anxiety doesn’t require lifting or swallowing anything. You get rid of anxiety by constantly putting yourself in uncomfortable situations and overcoming them. Being jacked and having a solid base of redpill knowledge can help make you more confident in yourself, but it really boils down to overcoming the things that give you anxiety.

I feel like r/seduction is more about how to act like a high value male and give you canned lines/techniques to use which may be useful, but you should not let it distract you from the idea of just becoming a high value male by improving your SMV and having a strong internal game.

Meditate every day, there’s threads on the main subreddit about it. Also a lot of people don’t like it but I think for people with legit problems if you need to get stuff done (work, school etc) get a prescription for adderall. And don’t forget the sidebar

I’ve heard many times to never answer a question regarding your past relationships or sexual experiences from a girl and to treat it as a shit test. I’ve successfully answered it with things like “what makes you think I’m not in a relationship now?” Or I’ve never dated a girl etc, but I’ve had a few girls really push to get this info from me and has made me comprise my frame a few times. I’ve never had a legitimate girlfriend and have had a few plates and Is like to give a more authentic answer …

I really don’t think I’ve felt an X-factor level change, the changes are slow and only slightly noticeable I’m sure if you compared my brain Day 1 of meditation to right now there’d be a significant difference but it’s just happen over such a slow time it’s really hard to say. Keep in mind that I’ve been meditating regularly but I’ve had a few periods where I wasn’t doing it everyday like you really should and was missing it for a few days to a week a few times. Also when your meditating everyda…

Hey I’m flying to Houston in two weekends! I’ll be listening to audiobooks. Currently finishing the rational male. I’d say stick with more of basic material which most recommend reading the sidebar then venturing into more specific things and starting redpill books

I started meditating before I found TRP also. It’s definitely helped, I think applying TRP recommendations has just compounded the effects.

You hit the nail on the head with not being able to see tangible benefits right away. This is a slow boring process, but it’ll be one of the best ways to increase your ability to hold frame. Ive been meditating regularly for close to 9 months now and I notice myself being more quick witted, able to handle stressful situations calmly, conversations flow a lot better, etc

There is nothing special about this chick that made me split the bill. I just always do it. I have no interest in paying for some chick to spend time with me and majority of girls seem to be ok with it. I’ve had girls even pay for me on a few occasions. I’ve also been with girls who have bragged to me about getting 5-7 dates a week and getting all her meals paid for without her even kissing any of them.

I agree with the holding the frame part. I didn’t really see anything to say to her except explaining. She already looked like I stomped on a puppy. I do partially agree with the SMV thing but I also think it may have to do with just being surrounded by dudes who would get on their knees and kiss the ground she walks on type and has never had a guy do that to her so it took he by complete surprise. We just got drinks also no food, unless you count chips and salsa. What would you recommend for a …

Thanks brother. I’ll have to see if I can work the logistics out for that. At the very least I’ll find something either free or physical to go do with her next. And to the others we just got drinks no food(unless you count chips and salsa food). And I’ve been on a lot of tinder dates over the past two years and have never had a problem with chicks and them paying for themselves. I’ve had more chicks pay for me then I pay for them if anything. She has texted me back his morning after I responded …

Had a tinder date with an HB8(cute face, nice tits, great ass etc) and the date went very well. Made kino, kissed a few times, passed shit tests etc and when it came time to pay I asked for separate checks she became visibly upset(princess syndrome?) and just in shock of what I just did. I held frame and just told her I don’t pay for girls I just met etc and she precedes to explain how that’s not how it’s suppose to be etc etc. ended the date with giving her a hug and telling her goodnight, nice…

I use a similar strategy and I’d say just put in minimal effort to get a picture/video of cool shit then keep doing cool shit. I’ve had some success with girls that have ghosted me viewing my stories and start talking to me again.

Majority of trp preaches telling her this indirectly through your actions. Don’t text back right away or don’t respond late at night, actually talk to other girls, upload stories on your snapchat of you with girls etc.

It’d be fine to ride your bike, just don’t do it before a heavy lifting session and eat extra since you’ll be burning calories

Already done I think my inner confidence might be a problem, honestly I’m probably more jacked then most of TRP. I’m 6’1” and a lean 220. Jut confused when girls seem happy with me, pay for my drinks, make out with me etc then a second date or hooking up never happens

Thoughts on • Relationship with plate sort of died off, she kept being busy, giving me short answers, etc. Stopped talking for a bout a month and then she starts to reply to my snapchat stories so I ask her what’s up and tell her to come over and she replies telling me to come over and says her address is “inyodreamz Lane” or something stupid like that and I replied in my dreams you’d be a brunette then she replies ew, bye. Not planning on talking to her again, but was this a shit test or was sh…

First off one of the easiest thing to do is meditation everyday. Plenty to read up on this subreddit, main TRP or meditations subreddit Second off realize that frame is built over a long period of time. Especially if it has been a problem your entire life. Constantly be pushing yourself in every area of life. Social life, school, hobbies, etc you need to experience and learn from your failures and successes.

I'd second meditation. I'd recommend starting with mindfulness meditation 5-10 mins a day and you'll slowly start to notice differences.

Currently dealing with getting a new partner (40 year old chick, feminist, some SJW traits etc) assigned to me at work (I'm a paramedic and who your partner is pretty much glued to your hip) she is new at our company and has 15 years of experience over me and a higher certification (she sucks at her job but constantly uses this in any argument) Anyways problems have been arising and she is constantly challenging me on issues and in how we do day to day operations. She has claimed I'm incompetent…

Advice on things I could do better? Had a ONS with a tinder chick. She came directly to my place, we talked for a bit then I escalated and ended up in my bedroom. She was very tight and did not get very wet until I fingered her until she squirted (first time she's squirted before) then banged her till I came. Fingered her again and couldn't get her wet enough for a second time ( no lube on hand). We cuddled fir a bit then she left No contact between us for about two days then I invite her over t…

Opinions on posting shirtless pics on social media as progress pics on like snapchat stories? Or would this be looked at in a kind of creepy/douchy way by women?
/r/TheRedPill10/05/17 11:31 PM

Opinions on how to handle a situation where a drunk girl calls and invites you out at 1am to a bar? Hadn't spoke to this girl in over a month after she nexted me. I wasn't sure if I should've went or not(I didn't, due to being in bed, not wanting to go out and try to bang a chick that was possibly black out drunk etc). Should I try to make contact with her again?
/r/TheRedPill03/05/17 01:44 PM

Would like some advice on a few things. I've been slowly taking the red pill without knowing what the redpill was for a few years (lifting, self improvement, trying to get better with women etc) Should I disclose to women that I've never had a girlfriend before? I'm 24 years old, I have had a few fwbs. I normally would just lie about it or avoid answering it Opinions on a girl sending you nudes right after telling you that she's not interested?
