| 1 | For those who did Stronglifts 5x5You may need to just need to try it a few times and get used to the movements. Balance and motion will get better. I'm 3 months into SL 5x5 and like it much better than SS that I did a few years ago. Even having done most of the movements before, they still feel unusual the first few weeks. If you can at least lift the bar that is a start. Just keep going from there while improving. I would watch the videos about form before your workout or between reps if you have a form question.
