OYS 1 Previous #0 (Rule 9’d) 30yo, 6’3”, 287 lbs. Wife 39yo, married 3, together 6. Son 2yo. Lifts BP 115 Squat 105 Deadlift 175 Readings NMMNG (x2), WISNIFG, TWOTSM, MMSLP, MAP (50%), sidebar. Previous Homework Go to the gym and lift anyways. Don’t allow the personal trainer to be an excuse of “I’ll start next week.” Action: Called gym next day, had trainer scheduled 2x week starting Thursday after my ban. Lost 5 lbs. Thanks, but it's not luck. It's doing the work that got me to the second section. The first section my frame collapsed into my wife's. I needed to own that. In the second section, I recognize I'm not fixing "her", "us", or "the marriage" — I'm fixing myself. Clearly, more work to do.
