Show them that you're interested. For example, when they say something insightful, you should make it clear that its "insightful" or "interesting" or that you've never thought about it similarly. Or that you find them "interesting." Anyone can give a compliment about being hot etc, but its good to appreciate something else about them. Anyways, its always worked for me.

Also remember, its not just pregnancy. You are also at risk for STDs. Its easy enough to say that you're invincible and it won't happen to you, but it can and its a very real risk. Everyone of my friends has had scares with Gonorrhea, Syphillis etc where they've had to go and get tested; because let's be honest, we dont know a lot of our partners/one night stands' histories. Believe me, you dont want to go through that experience of getting tested worrying why your balls hurt.

Talk to her as friends. For me, personally, I don't hook up with girls with boyfriends nor do I make an effort to. I just act like my regular self. I have tons of friends that have been cheated on and friends that have cheated and I would personally never put anyone else in that position. Yes, I realize I sound like a self righteous prick haha.

Shorter people need to work harder on personalities so they can theoretically have more depth. Additionally, being short makes us come off as less intimidating and helps people speak to us easier.

I had a somewhat similar interaction. I took this British girl to a date party. We went out to the bar afterwards with friends. She had no ID, not even her school ID, and she wasn't 21. We go up to the bouncer and I guess apparently I had met the guy while black out and had a conversation with him and stuff. But I get in fine because I'm 21 and show my ID. She goes up and he just asks, "are you with him?" And she's says, "yeah." And he just let her in. Coolest moment of my life.
