It technically does, but it's definitely not the way feminists typically portray it. The difference comes down to hours worked, not rate per hour. Men typically work more than women, particularly in certain fields like construction (physically demanding jobs in general tend to be occupied by men as well as have more hours put in usually).

The process of determining if someone is trans or not should be held to the rigorous standard you've presented. Primarily because, if you commit to the hormones/sex change operation and find out that you're not actually trans, that's years worth of hormone treatments (not even including the money side of it too) that have permanently altered your body in ways that can't be fixed or even treated properly in some cases.

Yes and No I think. I'd add that there's a HUGE variety of variables that affect how a person turns out. Now I do think he does hit on at least one of them, that being upbringing. Someone who grows up in a high poverty situation is going to be more likely to commit crime, at least partially due to the lack of money.
