Definitely true, a lot depends on what genetics say for you. Although a general tip for guys, if all you can grow looks like a middle schooler trying to grow their first moustache, just go clean shaven. Dermatological products help guys as well, but of course they are no miracle. Both genders can be royally screwed by the puberty lottery.

For a guy becoming attractive is basically how much effort you put into building a good body figure, what you dress like, and how you style your hair + facial hair if you can grow it. 3 basic things, and then just having good hygiene in general. I feel like for women, despite not having to put as much effort into maintaining their physique, there are more things that are just harder to do. I think that if the case proves false, the person defending should be allowed to launch a counter case for proving that the liar intentionally tried to get the accused a legal punishment, and if that case proves true then the liar should get same sentence the that original accused would have gotten
