Boogie most definitely was eating too much, but he was also so big he couldn't really do much activity wise as you suggest. Only way he could lose weight was probably by going swimming and eating less (his stomach was so big he would never feel full though). Joe Rogan had a guest on that spoke a bit about why obese people have a harder time to lose weight.

In Danish when we start a letter we write "Kære Hr. X" or "Dear Mr. X", so yes Kære means Dear. It's funny though, because our word for "bitch" (not a female dog mind you, which is "tæve") is "kælling" and I was once told it originated from "kærling" which is "kær" (dear) and "-ling" which is the diminutive form of the word (also used on English with words such as duckling) and recently some Danes have wished to see a comeback of the word having the same meaning as "darling" or "dearest".

Yeah, Denmark is just north of Germany so we're often taught German in school, but everyone has a hard time learning it because they have neuter, masculine and feminine gender for different words. You can see that Danish is in the neuter category here, and German being in the masculine, feminine, and neuter category here. This means we're much better at learning languages like English that doesn't differentiate as much between sexes.

It's Danish. But it's not like our whole language is gender neutral like that. While in English you use the word "Banker" we use the word "Bankmand" meaning "Bank-man", and oftentimes I refer to my banker as my "bank-lady" to avoid confusion. So yea, a play on words wouldn't necessarily be translated correctly everywhere in the world.

Yeah that is true, but that is still because of the rules humans set. Let's say a dog pushes over the bin and goes through the trash and it's the first time it does so - would it then feel bad? Or is it first when we yell at it for doing so that it understand it is bad? And then remembers it until next time it happens. I saw 2 great dog documentaries last night [one, two]if you're interested :)

Awkwardness is a funny thing. I think humans are the only ones to be affected by it which must mean it's something we've constructed for ourselves. I think we've finally reached a point in history where information about the subject is so easy to find that although awkward should never leave the parent unprepared. And most pre-teens already know a lot of the stuff that used to be even more awkward to talk about.

What exactly does this have to do with mens rights? Isn't this still legal? If anything this should be posted in childrens rights or parents rights (if such subreddits even exist). Why does justifying surgery on your healthy son belong in mens rights? That's what I'd like to know. EDIT: I missed the part about this being satire - I thought it was real advice and not satire as DavidNatan just pointed out.

Did you read the article? They only talk about how to defend circumcision of boys. They include examples of how it might be awkward to talk about their junk because the boy one day notices that his own penis doesn't look like his fathers. That's the gist of it. Circumcision or "the talk".
