Her husband was beginning to have panic attacks for the first time in his life and she thought nothing was wrong. He was broken and felt worthless. Then a doctor he visited made a mistake and told him was dying, but called back a half hour later to tell him the tests were actually negative. It doesn’t surprise me that he was driven to try to live a little in the wake of that.

It’s hilarious when women think you owe them time afterward. Once we are done in bed, and I’m out the door, my obligations are through. This summer a girl acted like I was supposed to hang out with her all the time afterward. When I didn’t shrug off lunch breaks to see her and would post on social media, she would text me and act like she wanted to chill out. I don’t want to!!
