Dont give up, you filed before she did and there was nothing wrong with your note, it was defensive in nature against her abuse. Fight fight and fight to the bitter end and don't let the bastards get away with it. There is some good users here too that can help you, some lawyers and anti tittle ix activists, keep and eye out for them. Check out /r/antifemenist and leftwingmaleadvocates

You where a victim 100% and I am sorry that you won't get justice, it's complete bullshit how they mistreat men and the massive privilege women have while they pretend it's men that have it.

Thank you so much for providing this! I can't seem to access it, but it seems to prove the point that I was instinctually sensing might be true. See, there I was having an argument with this feminist where I showed that men where far more harshly punished but they claimed that women who murder their partner gets longer sentences (15 years vs 13 or something I think they claimed) , this despite men getting sentenced in all other cases and crimes far harsher, even being punished to death far more …

They go around claiming women are killed because they are women which is just utter bullshit back rationalization to justify their sexism against men, I have yet to see any actual evidence of this being true in any shape form. In fact, I am pretty sure women kill their partner just as often or maybe even more often but it gets brushed away because of the gigantic privilege women have as self defence because women are always the victim, even when they murder people. Only in the most extreme insta…

Haha, thanks, I appreciate it. It's sometimes unthankful work but I consider it my good deed of the day. I do it for my brother whose mistreatment in family court opened my eyes to the truth.

It was long ago so I would have to look it up but basically only murder and violent assault have higher conviction rate, most likely because with murder there is a dead body to prove it happened and with violent assault men here is terrible wounds. See what feminist do is manipulate the numbers and compare conviction rate to attrition for example. Or they use unverified surveys and compare that to conviction rate. But do they do it with any other crime? Nope. Do if you compare attrition to attri…

Yeah, feminist tries to gaslight people and pretend it's not an issue, but the truth is that giant problem and it's a problem they had a hand in creating.

That is wrong, most actual studies, not feminist pseudoscience, find that at minimum it's around 40% but likely more. What you refer to are not studies, it's simply the rate of conviction for fale allegations. And when you take into account how it's exponentially harder to prove that it was a false allegation, and the extreme privilege of women in court meaning it's near impossible to convict a women, the single digits your refer to is the absolute bottom that feminists can possibly make it, not…

Fun fact, if you accept the feminists falsehoods that would mean more rape allegations are found to be false in the court of law than true, implying by even feminist standards more are false than true. But it's fun to see how feminist manipulate numbers, it's not 2%, the truth is that rape have the third highest conviction rate of any crime and exponentially higher than crimes of its type (he said she said situation where the act may have happened but not necessarily be illegal and you have to b…

It does actually, one study found that 90% where false and more commonly actual studies find that at minimum 45% is found to be false and more is likely false but not proveably so. There is an epidemic of false allegations and people needs to be aware that the feminist claim of 2-10% is a misleading lie, that is the number of women found guilty in court, but that ignores the enormous privilege of women in court where only the most extreme of cases ever see a bare minimum of justice.

Words change over time and meanings are lost and changed. And as I already pointed out, in this case it's not a reflection of any natural development of language, it exactly did not change. If my simple procurement of a dictionary definition is fallacious (it isn't, you're just being an asshat) It is, I am being factual, you are just butthurt I am right. then the argument that your definition of gender is correct because it was used in some context 1000 years ago is fallacious as well. That's not exactly true. It is exactly true tough. Gender is also a linguistic category, used to identify terms which are associated with... None of that is relevant to the fact in context of sex, gender and sex is synonymous and been so for at least a thousand years, maybe since Roman times (yes, words have multiple meanings, that does not mean it's not synonymous with other words in spesific contexts). I don't think there exist a non evil form of dominant feminism in any country. Sure there might be good feminists individuals, but I ha e yet to see a large non evil feminist organization in any country. A lot of them may seem non evil, but largely that is because they control the narrative trough cancel culture. It's not so hard to seem good when you decide what people are allowed to believe about you.

Feminism is truly evil, it's about female superiority and hatred of males and masculinity. Before you claim that it's not the definition, is a group better defined by what it does, or what it claims it does by social capture of dictionaries? Because boy have feminism done a lot of evil and in practice have little to do with the false definition that they have forced into dictionaries.

I am not so sure it's hypocritical. I mean, what do you suggest someone to whom having a high body count is a massive turn of (but they themselves have a high body count), lie and pretend they are not turned of by it?
/r/MensRights29/10/22 11:40 PM

While so agree you should not be a hypocrite about I think it's fine to want someone with a low body count even if your body count is high yourself, everyone have preferences and it does bot change just by having a high body count. I think not accepting that someone does not want you for your high body count in return would make them a hypocrite. If they have preferences they need to accept others have it too.

Why are you guessing that since I never said or implied anything like that? Of course you can. Marrying and lazing about expecting their husband to support them for the rest of their lives is the strategy of a lot of the women who don't divorce. This is proven true by the fact they never marry down, if women did not care about that or prioritised it above all else they would marry down. So that is proven true. Not when you're slinging personal barbs... Yes even then. It's not, though. 62% of families with children in the US are dual income according to the Bureau of Labor (https://www.bls.gov/news.release/pdf/famee.pdf). It is tough. I don't know who you hang around with, but the wives I know all work full time. You've gotta have those two incomes to support a family. When most couples can't afford to have one parent SAH, it's silly to think a woman and multiple children could live off just half the marital assets and a percentage of the father's income. So a sleeping person is not a person? See the issue? What you have is one of many attempts at defining what a person is and you have no better ability or right to define it than any other person. The mother does have plenty of say after its born, she can litterally drop it of at chute no question asked. Why would it no be a person? We don't have a clear definition of what a person is so believing a fetus is a person is just as valid and as such cannot be used as an argument. What more is, then can just say the father can financially abort the child while it's a fetus. So let the person who where there only one to have a say in the matter and as such the only person pay for it; the mother. Her body, her choice, her responsibility. It's also unfair to the child to murder it in the womb but that ain't worrying any feminists. If the child's needs take precedence over the father then it should also for the mother and abortions should be illegal.

First of all, do you say this case was rape? No? Second, women and girls who get raped are forced to coparent with their rapists, convicted rapists can although get custody of the resulting children and childsupport from the mother they raped….so, cry me a river. First of, I am talking about child support in general, Bens situation is irrelevant to that. Secondly, even so, as you admit he was an adult long since, the mother managed to do just fine without, him paying her now would change nothing for Ben, so you and the mother are misusing him to justify her greed that caused the death of a man. Right, and now we go to the choice of abortion, if she wants him to pay then he should be the one deciding. If she wants to be the one deciding about abortion she is the one who will have to bear the legal and financial responsibilities for that. She did not, as you can see she expects the father to finance the choice she made without his input for her. Alrighty, how about you take over that payment since it's not enslavement at all and it's perfectly ok to force people who had no say in it to pay for it, then you be just fine with you right? And the mother should have taken responsibility for her body by choosing to use a contraception or even better get tubal ligation if she was so sure she would not want to raise or pay for a child. And you know what's is usually the case? The opposite is usually the truth. Most males issues are the systemic kind that women pretend to face, like how heavily privileged women are over men in the justice system or the complete lack of reproductive right men face. Meanwhile nesrly all the issues women actually face, are simply a result of their own choices like the wage difference being a matter of which jobs you choose, how much work and time you put in and so on.

Who is willing to bet they will just get a slap on the wrist and the media paint them as victims somehow.

Which is nothing compared to how traumatic 18 years of slavery is. Not wanting to be a parent and making clear that you don't want to is laudable and absolut right thing to do, trying to avoid brining an unwanted child into thebworld. What so selfishly is forcing parenthood on him against his will and without his consent.

That does not change a thing about the fact that he would be enslaved to her choice for 18 year and have his bodily autonomy removed on her whim....

Do know that you put him into 18 years of slavery, so him being anguished is understandable.

There is a little trick feminists do, see there is different types of rates. It depends if you look at unverified surveys, accusations made to police, if the police find enough evidence to charge someone, if it goes to curt or so on and how many of those leads to convictions. Depending where your starting point is, the result can differ wildly So what they do is take unverified surveys cast with an impossibly wide net where even rude emails or wrong looks are defined as sexual assault and assume…

Aye, where the female is convicted of false accusations.

Yes. More accusations are proven false than are proven true in a court of law, this despite the immense privilige women hold in court and automatic assumption of guilt on any accused males part (and innocence for females) makes it very clear that the vast majority of accusations most likely are entirely false.

It's also because men, because of hormones and so on actually do get more sick than women. Women are less effected, I bet if they got as sick as men for when they get the flue they would beg to go to the hospital .

I am at the gym so won't look for the sources but studies actually found that men had higher pain tolerance than women and the idea that women have higher pain tolerance is dubious at best. And also that because of how our bodies are build and all the hormones and women having stronger immune systems to deal with being pregnant and whatnot we are more suspectible to diseases, or in other words we do get way more sick from the flue. I am betting that women got as sick as men with flu they would b…

I think that's more than a bit vengeful and petty. And entirely rational as they will never support reproductive rights for us. They are forcing us to do this, so we must do it to ensure that everyone gets equal reproductive rights.

I support equality in reproductive rights which is why we should address the most pressing issue first of the total lack of reproductive rights that men face. I do not think we should support them because the moment they get their rights back, they will be right back at blocking men from having the same rights. I will support them when we have parity in reproductive rights, then we can walk together in lockstep. But for now they should reap what they sow, they had decades of rights where they ac…
