Update: I texted her today and she asked who it was. I reminded her who I was (a sign I've lost all attraction). She said she's too old to play games (she's 22) I told where I was going to be and at what time. I'm going to see a show, whether she shows up or not won't change my plans. Thank you guys for the support and helping a new red piller. I believe I went wrong when I continued the convoy after I got the logistics set. If you see a different path I should've taken let me know.

Take it one step at a time man. My big thing was porn and TV. I forced myself off porn for about 13 days and TV has been cut down significantly the last 6 days. I'm by no means free of these major addictions yet but it will come with time, discipline, and hard work. We all have mental boundaries and some have more intense ones than others but you can fight through them if you put the work in. You can do it believe in yourself.

I'd say my main issues stem from texting, and maintaining frame. I hate texting, I'm getting better at it but it still needs a lot of work. But maintaining frame is the biggest issue. Sometimes I'm in it and other times I'm not. Frame is everything always maintain frame.

I know I have a long way to go and I'm sure this road is not going to be easy. This kind of post is exactly what I'm looking for, ways to improve and get better. Thanks.

Then look into body building routines.

Find a goal, I suggest playing a sport. Whatever you're into, then build a training routine around your sport. If you play basketball then train for it. If your into simply lifting look into olympic lifts and strong man. But before anything else find your goal.

If you haven't seen results it's cause your failing. Look through your interactions in the most pragmatic way you can, analyze the data and focus on one area of improvement. And lastly don't be a douche.

How old are you? It might be because your young. Right off the bat I'd say your not using enough weight. The reality of it is that your not giving enough information. What is your weight range? What are your goals, are they all based on looks or athletic performance? If your looking for athletic stuff then look into starting strength or Bill Starr's Strongest Shall Survive. I prefer Bill Starr's work.

Game everyone, whether you're interested in them or not I've noticed that I game a lot of my female coworkers without thinking about, I think it's cause I don't see most of them as potential partners. be prepared to lose your job when things go south. So if you value it and it comes to that, jokingly refuse her advances with some ridiculous excuse. Thanks for the advice, I will take it to heart. I really like job so I just won't accept any advances with this chick.

I'll still game her just not pursue her.

Thanks for the FR. I learn a lot from these things and there aren't enough out at the moment. It's seems like you handled everything well.

Mr Tomassi, I'm newly initiated, 3 weeks in. Your work has been the biggest help so far. I'm by no means a master PUA or anything but I've been noticing incremental increase in my sucess. I listened to your pod cast and really dug it. Thanks for the work your doing.

Keep in mind how much you'll need to eat. If your training on a starting strength system or something similar then you will need to eat way more than what your used to. And you'll need to learn to listen to your body. Lastly make sure that you eat clean, no junk food.

Martial arts are great but if your looking for social stuff team sports works best. But you know your area better than me. Do what you like and everything else will fall into place

If you have a rugby team to join up with in the area then play rugby. Hanging out and partying is part of rugby culture, it's tradition to go out after a game. Otherwise play a sport and go out with your teammates. I have a similar issue during the offseason, mu best friends don't do well at bars or clubs, at least not the ones that girls like to go to, they go to concerts. I love a good concert like anyone else but my concert game sucks. But in season my teammates and I go out all the time afte…

Find a sport you like, play it and train for it. I'm a huge fan of full body workouts every other day with cardiovascular inbetween. But if you play basketball for example and play every other day then you would probably be ok with less weight training. If your not into playing sports then find a goal and work to it. If you're looking for strength check out starting strength or the stones shall survive. If your going for looks then look into body building.

Thanks for the info. As I said I'm still new to the RP process (2 weeks in) so some of the subtle stuff is lost on me.

I'm a rugby player ad well. It's the best sport in the world. But to what this post is about, I find that if you have a sport to play then training for becomes a lot easier. If you like simply lifting then go ahead and olympic lift. But if you don't like lifting the. Find a sport and then the training for it will come. But regardless of which sport you choose rugby is better
