I have the same requirements, minus the religious beliefs. Our best bet is to look in rural areas, smaller towns and countries that still have some morals (most Central and Eastern European countries, Asia and South America). You will meet numerous proper women in these places, and having options will help you acquire the right mindset.

I cannot emphasize this point about engaging in sport enough. Going to the gym to work hard and watching sports are some of the best male bonding activities, regardless of the relationship(s) present.
