8% is as lean as the average guy will ever get without seriously dedicating a large portion of their life to training and nutrition. Bodybuilders only get down to ~5% for contests and don't stay there for long because it's so unhealthy and hard to maintain. Most people have unrealistic perceptions of what different bodyfat levels actually look like

He gave a ton of examples of how to approach directly and with honest intentions. That's all it really takes, assuming you don't look like a child molester: don't stare at her awkwardly before you approach, don't touch her inappropriately and don't hide your intentions like you're ashamed of them.

It wasn't the end result, it was the trigger. I can see why you'd be confused though, as the story ended right as he 'entered' godmode

Do what's recommended on here all the time and deliberately set out to fail. See how many girls you can get to reject you until you've completely overcome any embarrassment it holds for you

This is a fine line to walk though. There's a guy in my group of friends that all the girls think is creepy because of how touchy feely he is with them. Touching is fine if it makes sense in the context, but if you act creepy (even as a meta-joke to make it seem less awkward) you will get labelled as a creep by the girls, killing your chances with any of them.

Yeah >180kg is a fucking ridiculous goal. People who jerk that much weight train twice a day five times a week and don't do much else other than eat and sleep

I do lots of cool things but I'm really bad at communicating them Then the only thing holding you back is your lack of communication skills. That's not a particularly difficult thing to practice. Go out and talk to people

I meant that you can't give any impression other than the one she takes when the statement is written down. Obviously you can tailor your performance and create different perceptions/reactions to what you say when you are speaking though

As with most aspects of seduction, if she finds you unattractive (for whatever reason) you can easily come across as creepy rather than sexy. The idea is to make her attracted to you before you go for it.

Well yeah. That's why I never said we are responsible for having a cheating girlfriend. Both parties in a relationship have a responsibility to keep attracting their partner. Although failing to keep her attracted could be a reasonably large part of why she cheated

No I haven't, so I won't pretend to know how it feels. Just the thought of my long-term girlfriend doing that to me is pretty horrendous. I don't mean to imply that the girl will give you 'feedback' somehow on why she felt she had to cheat on you. She probably won't even know herself: it'll be subconscious. If you've stopped attracting her and a more alpha guy comes along then she may feel attraction to him, and might act on it. All I'm saying is that understanding this is key to stopping it hap…

Yeah I dislike the alpha/beta distinction too, but it's the most commonly used lingo in the game community to describe what I was getting at. I prefer to think of it as a dopamine/oxytocin creating distinction (or fuck/cuddle haha).

It may be her fault for cheating, but this doesn't mean we shouldn't try to understand why she did it. In a lot of cases of straying from a relatively stable/loving relationship it would be because the man got complacent and stopped attracting his girlfriend/wife in the way he did when he was originally seducing her. This is an explanation for her cheating, but not an excuse. Understanding the why is important in preventing it happening in the first place (or in your next relationship, if you've…

I'm not disagreeing with that. Obviously if she isn't happy she should ideally talk to you about it or break up with you before pursuing another man. My point was just that you have to take some responsibility for her losing her attraction to you, whether the consequences are her cheating or leaving.
/r/seduction21/05/12 02:03 PM

Exactly. It can be hard for a lot of guys who get cheated on to admit that they played some part in it. Both parties in a relationship have a responsibility to keep attracting their partner.

The idea is to demonstrate enough alpha traits to keep her excited and interested (dopamine), but also enough beta traits to pair-bond and create a loving relationship (oxytocin). If you are too beta then she'll want to stay with you because you provide for her/your children etc, but she will be tempted to stray with an exciting new crush exhibiting alpha traits. And obviously if you are too alpha then she will never really fall in love/bond with you. You can't maintain the exciting new person l…
