For abortion it's remove burden, possibly save a life, spite or to protect the child from the environment. The reason animals are killed is food, for sport and malice. 1	Mindblown I say mutate because it's unlikely that any animal can evolve fast enough to really become a huge threat to humans. It is possibly that something could evolve to kill humans, but it would likely be something that is smaller, but more potent.
