Went Red pill five months ago at age 49. Very difficult, but I've been successful so far. But it's very tough to maintain discipline once you've been brainwashed as deeply as me for so many years. let rage not take control of you. I know, right? I've actually been carefully and slowly integrating MGTOW into my outlook and life. I'm an introvert by nature, so it takes time and meditation to really consider all aspects and implications. But I have been MGTOW for two months now, and once you take the red pill in a serious way, it's almost impossible to close your eyes and go back to the plantation. At this point I'd choose death rather than the plantation again. Freedom = life.

Thanks for the note; I had one marriage for 19 years, and then this latest one for 7 years. I'm all done now and going my own way. The worst that can happen to me now is dying alone, and I'll take that if it means years and years of complete freedom. Sign me up.

This is fantastic! I'm happy you are GYOW at that age & congratulations. You make a powerful point about marriage: From an early age, boys are taught to impress girls, and that our "reward" is to win the attention of an attractive mate. It's ironic that the reward is now equivalent to state-and-religious-sanctioned slavery to women and a total destruction of the male ego as a man is slowly warn down. Wow thanks man - seriously means a lot to me, as this was my story and it felt sort of strange sharing personal details, even if I was trying to be generic. I'm still at a stage where things are pretty 'fresh' and I'm still developing my immunity, so to speak. Daily doses of red pills are keeping me going, along with encouragement like your comment!
