There's a lot of small mistakes which add up to make it weak so i'm gonna fix those as I work my way up. Working on form on OHP to make sure I realign my torso once the bar is past my head. Rows are coming along slowly. I'm gonna progress wi…

OYS 7 21 | single | 5'7" | 70 kg | ~12% bf SL 5x5 | Squat: 100kg | BP: 66kg | Rows: 62.5kg | OHP: 43.5kg | DL: 125kg Read: NMMNG, WISNIFG, bang, day bang Reading: MMSLP. Lifts are coming along well. Squat has increased significantly compared to the rest of the lifts over the past week. I'm pretty happy to have reached 100kg. Didn't plateau on DL which is great. tightened up form and I'm progressing as normal. OHP form hasn't been good enough leading to a plateau. I need to arch my upper back mor…

OYS 6 21 | single | 5'7" | 69.5 kg | ~12% bf SL 5x5 | Squat: 92.5kg | BP: 65kg | Rows: 60kg | OHP: 43.5kg | DL: 122.5kg Reading: Finished WISNIFG. started MMSLP. 2/3 through 'day bang'. I also find it insightful going through the comments and posts of MRP approved members here when I can't read the book i'm on. All lifts have been increasing steadily. Over the past two weeks weight has decreased from 71kg to 69.5kg. I've cut carbs while keeping protein intake the same. Since lifts are still incr…

Yes this holds true from my experience. I'm realising I need to be actually interested in the topic for it go anywhere or it'll quickly die out.

I do go to a gym. Fractional plates are small plates. I'm using them so I can increase at a smaller rate to overcome plateaus on exercises that use smaller muscles. More on them on the SL website

Note that I pretty much exclusively run day game since I don't care for bars and clubs. They don't appeal to me. no more than 5 mins usually. Mostly its situational; it can be something I observed about them or the surroundings (most unusual one I remember was I once observed a girl who couldn't get her hands out of her hair - we were sitting opposite each other in a library - it got a good response and we began talking from there. Sounds kinda retarded in hindsight but it got a good response so…

I talked but didn't escalate to getting the number. I can approach fairly easily but keeping the conversation going till I get the number is what I'm working on atm.

OYS 5 21 | single | 5'7" | 69 kg | ~12% bf SL 5x5 | Squat: 85kg | BP: 61kg | Rows: 57.5kg | OHP: 41kg | DL: 120kg Reading: 1/2 way through WISNIFG, read all of 'bang', just under half way through 'day bang'. Lifts are increasing slow and steady. Fractional plates have arrived and I've started using them. I've broken through the plateaus on BP and OHP even if only marginally. The small additions will add up over time so i'm confident i'll progress. I've also reached my goal that was set for DL an…

OYS 4 21 | single | 5'7" | 69 kg | ~12% bf SL 5x5 | Squat: 82.5kg | BP: 60kg | Rows: 57.5kg | OHP: 40kg | DL: 115kg 1/3 of the way through WISNIFG All lifts except rows have increased which is good. Looks like I've finally fixed squat form which is great. Now I've gotta keep it consistent. The gym times are back to normal which means training schedule will return to normal too which is good. The fractional plates were 3 working days past when they were expected at the latest. I got a refund and …

(very) recently, none. I haven't written anything about it because doing so forces me to think about it and I'd rather not. Also the solution is obvious - stop watching it. As much as I hate to admit it, it's been a pretty big problem for me that despite making some small progress, I've so far failed to overcome. I suppose holding myself accountable regarding it could be good in facing my fears and being honest with myself in tracking my progress, but it could also lead down a rabbit hole and en…

OYS 3 21 | single | 5'7" | 69 kg | ~12% bf SL 5x5 | Squat: 80kg | BP: 57.5kg | Rows: 57.5kg | OHP: 37.5kg | DL: 112.5kg --- Finished NMMNG. Started WISNIFG. Working on correcting form for squat before progressing. BP and OHP form is good. Waiting for fractional plates to arrive so I can continue progress on those two. Rows are coming along slow and steady. DL progress has been good. The changed times for the gym over the past few weeks mean I've worked out less - about 2/3 of my normal amount. M…

I don't want it in my fridge so I don't end up falling ill. Having thought about it though, It doesn't really matter where it ends up as long is its not in the fridge I use. If they're ok with risking falling ill, that's for them to decide. I was so concerned with holding my position that I invested more time than necessary into thinking about it and cared way too much. I'm glad you asked.

Next is WISNIFG. Lifts are going good. I've developed some problems with my form when squatting and i'm going to fix them before increasing the weight any further. Took a deload on the OHP. I wasn't bringing the bar straight down and was moving it forward first then bringing it down which meant I was starti…
