You're showing people you like starwars, that could possibly be a deal breaker. But if you really took anything from my post you'd notice its more about girls statuses about themselves and their adventures / photos. Not about sharing a video. Good question though.

If we define: integrity and pull what we find from google "the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles". When you're self improving you're in turn changing your morals. "I will do this, I wont do this." Now if you've changed your morals and are showing people. And then they see you're altering your morals to like a hot chicks status, you've now lost integrity to those people. You've shown them one thing, but did another. Understand? If not i'm happy to continue to explain.

I meant you as a person. A statement how a person doesn't have to be a dick, not saying you're a dick.

Glad to see you learnt the errors of your ways. I'm hoping this post will help see some of our brethren the ways!

If you still haven't read raging erections post im happy to inform. Your frame is your life. When someone does something that you don't like in person you simply feel disgusted etc, when someone makes a joke that isn't funny you shouldn't laugh. That gives them validation that their shitty joke was funny. If you don't like something, or don't believe in it you shouldn't cave in to your opinions to please others in turn showing them the attention they want. Now honestly think back to your Faceboo…

Raging erection does make a explanation of this. Go back up.

Regardless of your "alpha" status you can still have friends, the main difference between an alpha and a beta is knowing when you're helping too much. You don't have to be a dick to everyone around you just because you're trying to be alpha. If you're getting that impression i recommend re reading most of the content on this sub.

Good point you show, I miss wrote what I was attempting to put across. But on your point is you are using technology to your advantage with little "wasted" time on facebook/instagram/twitter/tumblr and whatever else is trending now. Where a lot of people aren't, I could go burn time looking for credible sources of the amount of gaming that is played or tv is watched, generally the same people that "don't have time to hit the gym" or improve themselves.

Its probably the main point not put across, sure we say "Go lift weights, go talk to people" but I see very little RP knowledge of getting people away from their phones and technology and trying to better their lives instead of mindlessly 'doubletapping' their screens.

“Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.” If you want someone to learn RP, you need to show them why your life is better, you've got to bring them up to your level and show them experience. You can't simply just throw RP at them. It'd be like trying to convince an iPhone user to buy an Android. You've got to guide them.

Extension of this, make sure you're doing the correct form and not over training unless you wanna have a fucked back.

For example, you shouldn't be alpha with someone who has your nuts in a vice. Like your boss. TLDR; you can show dominance in the workplace, especially against your boss just make sure you've got places to go and he knows it, and make sure you stand your ground. I agree with your post up to this section. As you stated earlier you need to know when to back down. And this is the same as being an alpha. I work in sales, I got my job by proving to my boss in the interview I'm not a push around, and …
