I believe that the office is a formal place and formal attire is needed I work in a strip club so it's different for me but why does the office have to be so formal? 2	Let's talk about office dress codes My personal opinion is that front office and public facing roles should be wearing a well-fitting, dark suit on any days that the public will be in the office. Back office should be casual, long pants with collared shirts that fit properly. On days that the public isn't in the office, the front office should be allowed the same. Women shouldn't have special rules: dark, full length pants and collared shirts. Unless there is a religious exemption, no skirts. Men: Dreas shirts and dress pants. All genders should be stressing equally formally Are you implying that women shouldn't be allowed to dress like that at work?
