I don't like arguments that presume to speak for other people, especially large numbers of other people who likely have a whole lot of different takes on things. 1	How would decriminalizing all drugs, help reduce the addiction rate, homelessness rate and even deaths from substances? Usually decriminalization is not legalization (I support decriminalization).
