It should be the state that compensations the falsely accused and imprisoned if the woman confesses regretfully (not in this case). The fact that he could be sent to jail on no proof is disgusting.

I do believe women should get little to no sentence if they confess to the courts that they made a mistake only because I would rather have my freedom than revenge. However if evidence exhaunerates a man from rape, then yes she should go to jail instead of him.

Pretty sure cops are basically using how "juicy" a guy looks as reasonable suspicion they are cycling illegal drugs, which could lead them to the market source. Police are just using common sense. Juicing should not be illegal in a perfect world (physician-monitored cycling would be ideal), but it shouldn't be pushed onto impressionable young men by slimey drug dealers and half-assing gym bros either.
