There is no such thing as annoymous Sperm donation anymore, with DNA sequencing for geneology reasons open to the public (23 and me etc) you can be traced if enough people take the test even if you never take one, all it needs is someone related to you (somewhere) to take one. NEVER DONATE SPERM

DO NOT EVER DONATE YOUR SPERM!!!!!! I cant stress this enough, with the popularity of DNA testing for geneology reasons (23 and me etc) Donors are being tracked down by their offspring who have taken these tests, and it doesnt matter that the donor never did a DNA test, all it needs is someone in your family (or related family) to do the test, with enough data points you can be traced. so in theory if you sperm was used, you could literally have hundreds of offspring tracking you down and wantin…

Normalize critical life insurance payouts to the perfectly healthy. i should get hundreds of thousands and my mortgage paid off despite my wife not being dead or ill, to not do so its hatred/patriarchy

yeah but as with most things you dont actually know until it happens, i share your sentiments and to me now it feels like it would be a dream come true to 13 year old me, but you never actually know what the impact would be to you if it really did happen.

also social media facilitates the actual act itself. before that you would never "ring the teacher" or "post a letter to her" etc.

even if the kid loved it and grows up all his life never regretting it ever, and thinks it was the best thing to happen to him, she should still be imprisoned because when she did it she was basically gambling with the kids emotional health etc. a bit like speeding at 120mph, if i dont kill anyone or crash into anyone i should still be punished for putting them in danger. even if the kid never thinks he is a victim he was put in danger.

this doesn't belong here at all, her reaction was about as mature and as decent/moral/textbook as its possible to be. she has taken the high road for sure.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
