I don't see how the Bureau of Land Management would fit into this, seeings how they tend do deal with diabetes prevention and awareness. Treatment is really up to the doctors.

A company defending itself in a sexual discrimination case would most definitely have the burden of proof. Hence long harassment orientation videos, strict disciplinary documentation, etc.
