This is disgusting, if this really happened then there is no excuse for what he did. Just because a woman shows her body doesn’t mean she no longer deserves to be respected as a human being, and doesn’t give anyone the right to sexually assault her. Sexual assault is wrong no exceptions. A person being naked doesn’t give you the right to touch them.
