An observation/theory - people who are constantly discussing the effects of "being nice" or "being alpha" are more likely to be in a paradigm that is more focused on measuring their self-worth based on acceptance from women. "Getting girls" are important to them, hence the need to analyze tactics and discuss strategies - being nicer, or being alpha, in this case, are "tactics" used to attract people of the opposite sex. 3	Going on a date on Sunday need help on how to keep a strong/sexual Frame and stay bold/daring. Try to hangout/go on more dates with other girls before and after Sunday.
