Why dont you just teach elementary or high school? There are probably 1000 times more jobs there than uni level. Teaching credential takes less than 2 years. Stop all screen and internet use for a month. Srsly this is probaby your problem, it causes dopamine fatigue making any non screen activity seem 'not worthwhile'. One thing you should do is start a workplace diary. This is to document all your harassment for the inevitable lawsuits. You have to have as much proof as possible. Try to put all your coplaints to your supervisor in email form so you can print them and keep them at home.
