It's where everyone went after the bars and clubs closed (They closed at 2am). This place was allowed to be open because they served zero alcohol. Everyone was there for the other stuff. On 2 occasions I slept from 7pm till 1am. Woke up, got dressed, and danced till dawn. Stone 🪨 cold sober. Everyone was shit faced beyond the 5th dimension.
