Yeah in looks... what is not mentioned is that girls dont asses the other sex as much visually as men do. Social status is the main thing girls look for. Started at 21, 24 now. I struggle with a negative self image, which I know is bullshit on a practical level. As I got older the believe that "im not worth it" is mostly replaced with "Im a pretty cool guy and girls are lucky to have me in their lives". Yeah man, I do BJJ which helps clear my mind a lot. When I met her I was in a good place but some problems with my job made me dislike it. This is great advice thank you very much! Yeah when I met her, I was seeing/texting multiple woman and liked my job. I stopped chasing other woman because of her and problems at my job made it shitty. In hindsight, I did al the right things in the beginning but eventually she was my only source of good emotions which made me very clingy. I already quit my job and found a new one.
