Benefits of NOT listening to music - NoFap -> NoMusicI would suggest you branch out the music you listen to. If you do it right, music can enrich your creativity and life to no end. You said the way music is listened to today is the problem, I submit that the MUSIC itself is the problem. Most popular music today is trite garbage. Try listening to something better, check out the classics, they’re classics for a reason! Better yet, dig into something heavy, like Bach, Louis Armstrong, Charlie Parker, etc. I could go on forever about great musicians … | /r/TheRedPill | 15/05/18 03:19 PM
Benefits of NOT listening to music - NoFap -> NoMusicFrankly man, this one of the ridiculous things I’ve seen one this sub. Has it ever occurred to you that one can use music to enhance productivity? Furthermore , it’s good that you’re practicing guitar more, but if you want to get really good (better than amateur) you’ve got to listen to and emulate guitar players you admire. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/05/18 03:01 PM
After a year of RP, I've seen major improvements. But I have a question that's burning inside of me that I don't know how to answer.I am. However, I’m in a extremely specialised job, so my military experience is very different from say, an infantryman (or any combat MOS). We get a little bit of that toughening up when we go to basic training but other than that it’s a pretty chill job; not dissimilar from what a civilian in the same field would do, just more reliable paychecks and some minor military stuff like maintaining physical fitness standards and basic marksmanship. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/05/18 09:26 PM
After a year of RP, I've seen major improvements. But I have a question that's burning inside of me that I don't know how to answer.Haha it isn’t for everyone. With a degree and those skills you could probably score a pretty sweet officer gig, but I get it. That said, you seem to admire the masculinity of military men, and the simplest way to acquire that would be to simply do the same thing they did. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/05/18 09:15 PM

Don't Let Rumination Hold You Back and Turn You Into a Beta Bitch BoyYeah man. I’ve been doing well going out and approaching this week. Get shot down a bunch but that girl doesn’t bother me anymore. I actually saw her at a party and ignored the shit out of her to talk to some other girl. Felt good. I recently joined the military, and I’m off to basic training soon. I think it’s going to be really good for me to be in an austere, masculine environment, with no access to porn or any other vice. Naturally I’ve been lifting and whatnot to prepare , which has done wo… | /r/TheRedPill | 05/05/18 05:15 AM
The egoRules for life: never subsististe “you”, “your” or “you’re” with “U” or “Ur”. Fix it and people might take your post seriously. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/05/18 03:56 AM
Don't Let Rumination Hold You Back and Turn You Into a Beta Bitch BoyHaha I remember the year and a half I spent grinding gears in our old MGB before I got the hang of it. I reckon I am still in the gear grinding stage right now. It’s slow going, but we’ll make it. We’ll all make it y’all. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/05/18 11:18 PM
Don't Let Rumination Hold You Back and Turn You Into a Beta Bitch BoyHey man. I’m definitely the type you describe. I tend to do a great amount of mental violence upon myself whenever I realise I made a mistake. Reading meditations helped me greatly with this, but it’s still a daily battle. I’m going out and approaching often, but I’m still very much in the learning stages. No success yet, but I’m learning and improving with every rejection. I find the ones that really bother me though, are the ones where she gave me a green light and I just missed it. For instan… | /r/TheRedPill | 04/05/18 08:25 PM
Declaration of DefeatIf you give up, you’re just proving that you don’t deserve anything, let alone a woman’s attention. Pick up your balls and get to work. Lift. Eat more (you complain about not gaining upper body strength, this is probably why. Get an app and count calories. Make sure you’re taking in a gram of protein for ever lb you weigh, and maintain a caloric surplus to build muscle). Most of all man, stop fucking beating yourself up. The defeatism and helplessness in your post is a reflection of the mental v… | /r/TheRedPill | 01/05/18 12:42 AM
When Is It 'OK' To Be Satisfied With Your Life?Happiness is found within yourself, and it sounds like, for the moment at least, you’ve found it. Enjoy it while it lasts. Never know what life has in store for you. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/04/18 02:32 AM
Girls and PersonalityI’ve noticed this as well, and find it very disconcerting. I’m very much a RP newbie, but I’ve been seeing it occasionally and by watching girls I know interact with high SMV males. I reckon I value submissiveness and femininity as much as the next guy, but I find the idea of a woman subverting her very nature to please me quite repellent. Is it possible to find a happy medium, or is this feeling just a remanent of my BP conditioning? | /r/TheRedPill | 25/04/18 04:51 PM
Shattered dreams adviceCheck out Hearos. Special earplugs made for musicians. I carry a pair on my keychain and another with my horn at all times. | /r/askTRP | 03/04/18 05:21 PM
How to concentrate / stop being a bitch?Discipline is what you need, and it’s built much the same way we build our muscles in the gym. Start building it up with small tasks, such as making your bed first thing every morning, taking cold showers etc. When actually studying , set a timer for small amounts of time, no more than fifteen minutes to start, and Focus completely for that time. Give yourself about 10 minuets mental rest in between sets and gradually ramp it up. Don’t worry about speed, focus on comprehension . | /r/askTRP | 31/03/18 03:45 AM
