True, but my proposal is only trying to minimize the financial responsibility of the person who doesn’t want kids. I guess I should add the person requesting a hearing agrees to suspend their right to claim child support until a final verdict is reached. I think if the couple involved is unmarried and disagree on having a child, the person who doesn’t want the child should be able to file a “request to relinquish rights to make child support claims” and pay a standard filing fee to file at their local court (let’s just say this amount is $1000 for simplicity). St. Gabriel Consolidated School is in Glendale, OH. Fox 19 Now is out of Cincinnati, OH. As much as I want this to be out of California, it’s out of Ohio.
