You take it all day by day, let yourself greave the loss of what was and embrace what can be. You will smile again, laugh again, and be an improved version of yourself. Go through it, endure it, and come out better than you thought possible. It will hurt, but that will be less and less as time passes by. Trust yourself.

Be you, if you have to front to get her interested, then the relationship can only deteriorate from there.

Got divorced in Texas about 3 years ago. The only way she will get alimony is if she is physically unable to work. That came directly from my attorney. Child support on the other hand is going to be mandatory, unless you get full custody.

Focus on you and what you need right now. Hurts like hell, but it will fade. Get a lawyer, get divorced and go fishing. Many, many fish in the sea my friend. Trash is trash...

You seem to have already made your decision, bite the bullet and pull the trigger. Otherwise you are just hurting everyone involved.

Its not that you love her now, you love the perfect image of her in your mind. Trust me I am there as well. Relax, focus on what you want your life to be and forgive her and then forget her.

One thing you need to remember is your attorney is not your friend, they want to get this filed and overwith as soon as possible. You have to voice your concerns to your attorney until she hears you and you get a sufficient answer. Log everything tha that happens as it happens. If your attorney is not protecting your rights. File a complaint with the Bar Association and get a new attorney.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
